2018+ Honda Accord 2.0T High Volume Intake Gains

Initial Testing Results:

All testing was performed on the same day with ambient temps around 75 degrees Fahrenheit day and moderate humidity. We started all single dyno pulls at 175 degrees, while continuous (back-to-back) dyno pulls start at 175 degrees and end around 205 degrees.

For our first comparison we tested the factory intake system on Hondata's stock equivalent ECU map versus our High Volume Intake System on Hondata's stock equivalent ECU map for an apples-to-apples comparison. Run 1 was the coolest (175 degree starting temp) for both setups. We saw a 4 horsepower & 11 ft/lb peak gain and 7 - 10 horsepower gain throughout the mid-range over our Stage 1 Intake System.

Please note that we lost tachometer signal at the top during this run, so we mapped out the plot with torque over engine speed and without torque at wheel speed for representation.

Continuous dyno pulls and testing under the same conditions began to show that our intake produced even larger gains after heat-soak. Run 4 (199 degree starting temp), showed an 8 horsepower & 8 ft/lbs torque peak gain and 15 horsepower gain throughout the top-end over our Stage 1 Intake System.

One of our main focuses with this intake system was to offer a factory-like fuel trims for optimal drivability and performance. We spent quite a bit of time designing what we determined is the best intake system/MAF housing on the market.
