Corey Poole at Two Step Performance and Pepo Besosa at Red Star Motoring assisted us with intake testing and data collection. During testing, we found the factory air duct and inlet to be a restriction around the 400 horsepower mark. Our engineers went back to the drawing board and developed a revised version, which incorporates an auxiliary lower air duct. This additional air duct increases airflow volume and provides a secondary source of cool air to the air box by drafting air from the fender-well.

11th Gen Civic Exhaust Overview & Sound Clips!

The long awaited overview (with sound clips) of our N1 Exhaust System for the 11th Gen Civic (1.5T & 2.0L) and Integra is now up on YouTube. These kits are currently in production and are expected to be available towards the end of Summer 2023!

2023+ Honda Civic Type-R FL5 Intercooler Upgrade Testing Data

Now that our prototype billet end tanks are complete and sample cores are in, we have decided put together a few functioning intercoolers to test that our design lived up to its expectations. Our engineers datalogged some street driving with our 2023 Honda Civic Type-R FL5 using both the factory and PRL Motorsports intercooler upgrade before heading to the dyno. The dyno session was started by taking a completely stock baseline run at an average temperature of 59°F and an elevation of 1160ft. Here’s what we found:

Last week we were fortunate enough to find a 6MT 2022 Honda Civic to use for intake system Dyno testing. We decided to install our Stage 1 Intake System and High Volume Intake System to publish some before-and-after results. Below are our findings:
