You can trust that your order will be processed as quickly as possible. PRL products can be shipped anywhere in the world (if permitted) utilizing your chosen shipping method and carrier. If our website does not display shipping to your location, please email us directly for clarification and shipping estimation: firstname.lastname@example.org
Orders may take 24 hours to be processed fully into our system. The lead time(s) can vary depending on products, as there may be multiple components for any number of products.
Your selected shipping option (i.e. 2-Day Shipping) only indicates the transit time it will take for your item to ship from our facility to you. This shipping time does not include the manufacturing/facility lead time. Orders will only be processed during business days and hours of operation. Please be realistic in expected lead time for your order. We don't operate like Amazon, nor do our suppliers or manufacturers.
All in-stock items should ship within standard lead time and within the requested shipping window. Customers will automatically receive a tracking number when your products leave our facility. If you ordered something that was Special Order or Back-Ordered, we will do our best to process/fulfill within the stated/estimated fulfillment time frame, and shipped via your selected shipping method. Tracking will be provided at that time.
Any modifications to an address after the order is processed for shipping is subject to a fee. This fee is based upon the size and number of packages, with a minimum of $20.00
Recipients MUST inspect shipments for damages before accepting delivery from the carrier (if Signature Required). If the package is delivered and received later, damage claims are to be made with the carrier before reaching out to PRL Motorsports. If the carrier is not able to file a claim, we can attempt to on our end. PRL Motorsports is not responsible for damaged goods. All orders are handled and packaged carefully prior to shipment in our facility. PRL Motorsports is not liable for damage claims that are denied due to customer negligence.
PRL Motorsports is NOT responsible for any lost, delayed, or damaged products and/or components during freight forwarding that was done per customer request.
PLEASE NOTE: PRL MOTORSPORTS DOES NOT RECOMMEND SCHEDULING ANY VEHICLE TUNING OR INSTALLATION APPOINTMENTS UNTIL ALL PURCHASED PRODUCTS HAVE BEEN RECEIVED AND REVIEWED THAT THEY ARE INDEED CORRECT AND WERE NOT DAMAGED DURING THE SHIPPING AND HANDLING PROCESS.
PRL MOTORSPORTS IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOSS OF TIME DUE TO MISSED APPOINTMENTS THAT WERE SCHEDULED FOR TUNING AND/OR INSTALLATIONS. PRL MOTORSPORTS WILL NOT PROVIDE ANY FINANCIAL COMPENSATION FOR THIS LOSS OF TIME OR TRAVEL EXPENSES. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS POLICY.
Shipments going to an APO or PO Box will automatically be limited in shipping options. The United States Postal Service is the primary shipping option available, and FedEx is unavailable. Please be aware that USPS has size restrictions. If you have a large item in your Shopping Cart and are unable to select USPS as the carrier, the package is most likely too large to ship via USPS. If you choose to have your APO or PO Box shipment sent via a different carrier, we suggest verifying the delivery possibilities with that carrier before placing the order. If a package is deemed undeliverable by a carrier that cannot deliver parcels to your PO Box or APO the buyer will be responsible for all freight charges and fees associated with the shipment.
PRL Motorsports ships packages all over the globe. Please remember these shipping charges do not include any duties, customs charges, or brokerage fees that may accompany your shipment; all importation fees assessed by the shipping carrier, local or national governments are the buyer’s responsibility and will not be paid or reimbursed by PRL Motorsports. By law, PRL Motorsports is required to list all package contents at the actual purchase price.
If a package is refused, rather than pay any importation fees, PRL Motorsports reserves the right to deduct the cost of the return shipment, including customs clearance charges, from your product refund or abandon the package with no refund when the cost of return shipping is more than the original order price.
PRL Motorsports reserves the right to cancel any order, at any time.
To ensure a smooth and enjoyable purchasing experience, please be aware of all security guidelines we have in place to insure secure checkout and shipping procedures.
Repetitive declined order attempts may cause us to flag and order as a possible fraudulent charge in our system. If a customer cannot be reached within three attempts to confirm an order will be cancelled on our end. PRL Motorsports keeps record of fraudulent addresses and locales, phone numbers and affiliated names & emails. If any of this information is utilized in ordering, we will flag the order and cancel it in our system.
When shipping any order for a $1000.00 USD or more, you will be required to sign for the package upon pickup. This is an automatic shipping precaution. (UNITED STATES ONLY)
Products & Returns
Limited Lifetime Warranty:
All PRL Motorsports branded products are warrantied to the original owner against manufacturing defects in the materials and craftsmanship for the lifetime of the product. (This excludes other manufacturers' components that may be part of a product's assembly such as a turbocharger, blow-off valves, etc.) This Limited Warranty is void on all products found to have been used in racing or off-road applications, of any nature, whatsoever, and on all products that show evidence of abuse, lack of proper maintenance, improper installations, misapplications, alteration in any way whatsoever from PRL Motorsports's original intend or design.
If a PRL Motorsports branded product covered by this warranty fails due to a manufacturing defect we will repair or replace the product, without charge, at our discretion. Only original, unaltered, unmodified materials and abnormal workmanship are covered by this policy.
Limited Lifetime Warranty does NOT cover minor cosmetic inconsistencies due to the overall manufacturing process (such as, but not limited to, anodizing inconsistencies, rotomolding inconsistencies, mold parting lines, etc.). Damage caused by abuse, vehicle accident, improper care or installation, negligence, or the natural breakdown of colors and/or materials over extended periods of time and usage is not covered by warranty. This includes items that were in contact with fuel, oil, and other fluids, as well as items exposed to long time heat. Some fuel system hose lines or components are subject considered to be "Wear & Tear" items and are not covered by warranty. The use of thermal coatings, heat-wrap, insulation or any coverings not intended for use by PRL Motorsports is subject to warranty void. Damage not covered under warranty may be considered for repair for a reasonable rate or a reduced price for a replacement component.
PRL Motorsports branded turbocharger upgrades (P600) are subject to a 1-year/12,000 Mile Limited Warranty due to nature of high-power, maximum effort application and "Normal Wear & Tear."
Please note all PRL Motorsports products are designed for maximum effort performance applications. Manufacturers can't control the severity of off road terrain, driving habits, stress of high-performance, quality of installation, and offers no warranty of fitment or performance for a particular application. Some of our products require fabrication skills to install and all products should only be installed by a qualified fabricator or mechanic.
Filing a Warranty Claim:
All Warranty Claims must be initiated before returning or sending in any parts to PRL Motorsports. Warranty Claims will be accepted on parts that have been modified in any way. Warranty is limited to replacement or repair of defective parts only and does not cover labor or shipping costs, vehicle down time or any other losses on your behalf. Upon request from your customer service representative, your product must be returned directly to the PRL Motorsports Warranty Department at 1400 Randall Ct Unit 104, Export, PA 15632. All shipping to Warranty must be pre-paid and insured. PRL Motorsports cannot be liable for lost or damaged in-bound packages.
Normal Wear & Tear:
Some products or components are subject to inevitable failure or wear with Normal Wear & Tear, and are not covered by our Limited Warranty. The chance or time of "normal" wear and tear failure may increase when products are operating outside of normality - i.e. high power, maximum effort, high heat, high use applications, old age, high ethanol content, high lead content, etc. PRL Motorsports reserves the right to deem products as "Normal Wear & Tear" at for any reason.
Unless another return policy is indicated, all products manufactured by PRL Motorsports are covered by this Standard Return Policy. Products may be returned within 30 days of receiving for a full refund or replacement product. All returns require a pre-authorized RMA Number (Return Merchandise Authorization). Freight charges are strictly non-refundable, no exceptions. Any package returned without an RMA number will be refused at attempted delivery. Returned items must be packaged in the original packaging, with all provided components and/or accessories. All items must be received in brand new, resalable condition.
Due to the potentially dangerous and stressful nature of racing and performance vehicles, no returns will be accepted on installed or otherwise used products. Failure to comply with the terms stated herein, may result in delayed return processing and/or the refusal of returned products. Items that were shipped incorrectly, thus resulting in being damaged in transit, or which require warranty repair or replacement are not covered by our Standard Return Policy and must be reviewed by a member of our customer service department for verification. Once your return shipment has been received and approved, a refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to the original form of payment. The refund will most likely appear on your credit statement within 1 - 5 business days, depending on your financial institution. Please keep in mind that only returns which meet all RMA conditions and return policy requirements will be eligible for a full or partial refund. PRL Motorsports does NOT refund shipping charges on returned items. Any customs or duties incurred upon return an international shipment will be charged to the original form of payment. Refused or undeliverable orders may also be subject to return freight fees, duties, taxes, customs charges and/or brokerage fees. If you have any questions regarding the refund process, please contact one of our customer service representatives directly.
Products not manufactured by PRL Motorsports are often not stocked at our facility and drop-shipped from a distributor or manufacturer. Examples: shift knobs, engine mounts, (Non-PRL) turbochargers (Precision or Garrett), blow-off valves, wastegates, cat-back exhaust systems, clutch/flywheel(s), etc. We also sell unique, custom items that are often made-to-order and are considered special orders items from manufacturers or suppliers. These items are ordered in a case-by-base basis, specifically for each customer. Consequently, items indicated as having this Special Order status are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless deemed otherwise. If a Return is issued, Restocking Fees may be applied. Special Order items may require a non-refundable deposit. This deposit will not be refunded if the order is cancelled unless the items that were ordered are unattainable from the manufacturer. The buyer assumes responsibility that the items ordered will fit their needs, PRL Motorsports is not responsible for items that were ordered in confidence by the customer for their build, but do not have proper fitment, functionality or performance.
PRL Motorsports may sell items that are not eligible for returns under our Standard Return Policy. These items may be labeled as (but not exclusively), Open-Box, Clearance, Blemished, or Overstock merchandise. These items are sold at greatly-reduced prices, therefore all sales are considered as-is and no returns or refunds will be granted. The buyer assumes responsibility for any and all risks that may be associated with purchasing said items. Any discounted items have been tested for basic functionality and integrity, but may have superficial physical defects including, but not limited to; scratches, dings, dents or slight manufacturing inconsistencies. Should any items prove defective in either quality or performance after the sale is complete, the buyer assumes responsibility for the cost of all necessary servicing or repairs and agrees to absolve both PRL Motorsports from any and all responsibility, unless otherwise required by law. Open-Box, Clearance, Blemished and Overstocked items are not covered by any type of warranty.
PRL Motorsports does NOT accept any returns on electronic products. Examples: Hondata systems, KTuner systems, AEM Electronics components, etc.
PRL Motorsports has the right to refuse return or apply up to a 25% restocking fee on returned products not received in proper condition, Non-PRL Motorsports products, products returned after the Standard 30-day return period and/or any other scenarios deemed appropriate.
We can't do it all here at PRL Motorsports, despite trying our hardest. Our company does know the platforms we specialize in and try to select the best non-PRL products we can to add to your build. These products have been curated to offer the most complete result in your build in categories of products that we personally do not produce.
Non-PRL Motorsports items are not covered in the Standard Shipping or Return Policies. These Non-PRL products are not subject to the same turnaround times, as we have no control over the lead times of other manufacturers. Shipping estimates are not always guaranteed and are subject to change periodically. Our customer support representatives monitor back-orders on a daily basis to ensure your order ships as soon as possible. Direct from manufacturer items ship either to our facility or are drop shipped directly. This is different for each manufacturer.
Terms & Conditions
Purchaser understands and recognizes that off road and racing equipment and services provided by manufactured and/or sold by PRL Motorsports and other manufacturers are subject to varied conditions due to the manner in which they are to be installed and utilized. Purchaser further recognizes and agrees that suitability of any part sold or manufactured for a particular application is the purchaser’s decision and that the purchaser is not relying on the skill or judgment of PRL Motorsports regarding suitability of any product or service.
PRL Motorsports and other manufacturers make no warranties whatsoever, expressed or implied, oral or written to purchasers with regard to off road and racing equipment. The right to make changes in design or add to or improve on product without incurring any obligations to install the same on products previously manufactured is expressly reserved. Buyer agrees to indemnity and hold seller harmless from any claim, action or demand arising out of or incident to the buyer’s installation or use of products purchased from Manufacturer and/or Distributor. All parts are aftermarket replacement parts. No implication is made that these parts are the original car manufacturer, are provided from the original suppliers, or are approved by them. Before operating any vehicle, always utilize proper safety restrain systems while in use.
Installation of any component or kit should only be performed by persons experienced in the installation and proper operating of vehicle systems. It is also the responsibility of the person installing any component or kit to determine the suitability of the components or kit for that particular application. The manufacturer and distributor are not responsible for any misuse of these products. Check with your local authorities for highway laws in your area because highway laws and the enforcement of those laws vary widely. Please check with your local DMV or vehicle department for regulations and information. PRL Motorsports is not responsible for any legal issues or ramifications regarding of any product you purchase if in violation of local and state laws.

We collect information from you when you register a new account or manage your current account on our site, place an order, subscribe to our newsletter and email updates, rate and review products, or fill out a form or application. All purchases are subject to sales tax based on state and local tax rates. These rates can change randomly, dependent on new and updated local legislation. PRL Motorsports is in no way responsible for the change in rates. Though they are not listed outright, the website will automatically apply the correct taxation at checkout.
