PRL Motorsports Policy

        You can trust that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered. We can ship products anywhere in the world using the shipping method of your choice. If our website does not display shipping to your location please email us directly for quotation! PRL MOTORSPORTS DOES NOT RECOMMEND SCHEDULING ANY TUNING OR INSTALLATION APPOINTMENTS UNTIL ALL PRODUCTS HAVE BEEN RECEIVED AND CHECKED. PRL MOTORSPORTS IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOSS OF TIME OR COMPENSATION DUE TO MISSED APPOINTMENTS.

Terms of Service

         PRL Motorsports reserves the right to cancel any order at anytime for any reason. To ensure a smooth and enjoyable purchasing experience, we ask that you please keep the following guidelines in mind:
  1. New customers selecting expedited shipping services such as Overnight, Express, 2-Day, etc are subject to refusal and may be flagged as a possible fraudulent charge. Orders flagged as possible fraudulent charges will not be processed.
  2. Repetive declined order attempts may cause us to flag order as a possible fraudulent charge
  3. If a customer cannot be reached within three attempts an order will be cancelled

Free Shipping (If Applicable)

        Free shipping may be periodically offered within the lower 48 states for orders totaling a minimum of $200 but not more than $999 by selecting the "free shipping" option (if applicable) during checkout. Orders will be shipped by either FedEx Ground/Home Delivery, FedEx Smart Post and/or USPS Priority Mail with option. Customers can choose other other services, however, if they he or she wishes.



        The majority of orders containing items listed as “In Stock” will ship the same day (if open) if placed on a weekday before 3pm ET (2pm CT/ 1pm MT/ 12pm PT) when shipping via FedEx. Please allow a 24 hour window for USPS orders to be ship, as our daily pickup time tends to change. Orders requiring additional verification (security concerns, incorrect information, etc.) may need additional processing time. Non-PRL Motorsports items, or items manufactured by other companies, are typically drop-shipped directly from manufacturer or distributor. These Non-PRL items are not subject to our same day turnaround time, as we have no control over the lead-times, processing times, order cut-off times or inventory status of items outside of our facility. Items listed as “On Order” or “Out of Stock” typically ship by the estimated ship date listed on the product page. These estimated dates are not guaranteed and are subject to change periodically. Our customer service representatives monitor back-orders on a daily basis to ensure your order ships as soon as possible.



        The delivery time of your package primarily depends on the shipping carrier and the service level selected. When selecting the shipping method for your package, please keep in mind that most carriers do not work on weekends or major holidays. When carriers quote shipping days, they are referring to business days. Business days are defined as Monday through Friday, with the exception of holidays observed by the selected parcel carrier. For specific delivery estimates, you can usually find detailed information on the carrier’s website or you can also contact one of our customer service representatives for specific details. As a general rule, transit times are as follows:


  • FedEx Priority Overnight - Delivered within 1 Business Day by 2:00 PM
  • FedEx Standard Overnight - Delivered within 1 Business Day (Excludes Saturday)
  • FedEx 2Day AM - Delivered in 2 Business Days by 10:30 AM
  • FedEx 2Day - Delivered within 2 Business Days
  • FedEx Express Saver - Delivered within 2-3 Business Days
  • FedEx Home Delivery - Delivered within 1-5 Business Days
  • FedEx Ground - Delivered within 1-5 Business Days
  • USPS Priority Mail - 1-3 Days Depending on Location


  • FedEx International Priority - Depends on Location (Fastest) + Duties & Fees
  • FedEx International Economy - Depends on Location (Faster) + Duties & Fees
  • FedEx Ground - Depends on Location (Fast)
  • USPS Priority Mail - Depends on Location



        If an order is placed for a product that is labeled “On Order” or “Out of Stock”, we will charge your card, keep your order in our system and ship the item as soon as it becomes available. PRL Motorsports reserves the right to split your order into multiple shipments without notification in an attempt to try and get your products to you sooner. Orders typically are not split unless specified otherwise. If you wish to split your order voluntarily due to an out of stock item, please notify our customer service department and be aware that additional shipping charges may apply.



        PRL Motorsports ships packages all over the globe. If you would like to see an estimated cost of shipping an item(s) internationally, simply add the desired item(s) to your Shopping Cart and use the "Calculate Shipping" feature. Please remember these shipping charges do not include any duties, customs charges, or brokerage fees that may accompany your shipment; all importation fees assessed by the shipping carrier, local or national governments are the buyer’s responsibility and will not be paid or reimbursed by PRL Motorsports. By law, PRL Motorsports is required to list all package contents at the actual purchase price. If a package is refused rather than pay any importation fees, PRL Motorsports reserves the right to deduct the cost of the return shipment, including customs clearance charges, from your product refund or abandon the package with no refund when the cost of return shipping is more than the original order.         Shipments going to an APO or PO Box will need to select USPS as the shipping carrier during checkout. Please be aware that the United States Postal Service (USPS) has size restrictions on shipments going to APO’s and PO Boxes. If you have added a large item to your Shopping Cart and are unable to select USPS as the carrier, the package is probably too large to ship to your postal box. If you choose to have your APO or PO Box shipment sent via a different carrier, we suggest verifying the delivery possibilities with that carrier before placing the order. If a package is deemed undeliverable by a carrier that cannot delivered parcels to your post office box or APO the buyer will be responsible for all freight charges and fees associated with the shipment.

PRL Motorsports is NOT responsible for any lost, delayed or damaged goods/components during freight forwarding.
