Last week we were fortunate enough to find a 6MT 2022 Honda Civic to use for intake system Dyno testing. We decided to install our Stage 1 Intake System and High Volume Intake System to publish some before-and-after results. Below are our findings:
With the factory intake system, this vehicle was able to produce a best of 146 horsepower and 131 ft/lbs of torque. After installing our Stage 1 Intake System, this vehicle was able to produce a best of 150 horsepower and 135 ft/lbs of torque, which is about a ~3% gain in peak power - notable power gains could be seen throughout the entire powerband.
Stage 1 Intake System Vs. Stock
This vehicle was able to produce a best of 154 horsepower and 137 ft/lbs of torque with our High Volume Intake System, which is a ~6% gain in peak power. The HVI picked up significant power gains throughout the entire powerband, and sounded awesome while doing so! Another thing to note, is, the HVI is able to better reduce heat-soak in comparison to the factory air box due to the increased surface area and airflow volume.
High Volume Intake System Vs. Stock
Both the Stage 1 Intake System and High Volume Intake System keep fuel trims within factory spec, which means customers can expect optimal drivability and safety. Each intake system has its purpose and is geared to cater different customers needs and budgets.

Will the stage 1 intake system void my warranty on my new 2024 Honda Civic Si? I wouldn’t think so. Any input would be greatly appreciated. Thank You
Just out of curiosity, why doesnt the dyno graphs show the major dip in torque/hp at 5800rpm that 2.0 stock tunes are known for? This is compared to what ktuner posted for their stock graphs (and reason for lowering vtec to 5200rpm?
