"Very loud. But good loud. You wont be disappointed. They have an install video on their YouTube channel and it’s super helpful. Took my brother and I 90 minutes to do. The only hard part was removing the factory resonator as there’s little to no room (thsnks honda)."
Important Notes:
- NO ECU CALIBRATION REQUIRED
Technical Notes:
The PRL Motorsports Stage 1 Intake System offers great gains at an affordable price. This kit replaces the corrugated factory inlet hose with our better looking, smoother flowing 4-ply silicone hose and high flow air filter. The pleats found in the factory hose disrupts air flow, which limits power potential and throttle response.

Reviews
"Wish it had traditional instructions. Overall good product."
Works great!
"Truck has a growl now and some pep. The only thing is the air scoop does not fit perfectly."
Preethy good mod
"Comes with no install manual but the video instruction on YouTube are straight forward. Presence seems good. Definite improvement in MPG about 1 to 1.5 mpg better feel at low speed, a distinct growl at acceleration. Overall pretty good."
"So far so good. Easy to install."
Intake and snorkel combo
"Installed the PRL Stage 1 intake kit, along with their large intake snorkel, on my ‘21 Ridgeline. Full disclosure: I’m old and crotchety now, not the tuner kid I used to be. No instructions came with the parts, and while the install is relatively simple, photo instructions and tips would have been very helpful. This is mainly relative to the intake snorkel, as two parts replace a large assembly, and “indexing” the elbow perfectly may not be obvious. The systems themselves work perfectly, with no CEL. Under even throttle, all is as OE. Under acceleration, and in certain load conditions, intake honk is there and enjoyable. No perceived performance, or MPG changes; but definitely quality parts and construction!"
Great Product
"Back in Dec 22 I purchased 3.5L Stage 1 kit and the High Flow Intake Duct for my 22 Honda Ridgeline. I was looking for a system that would inhance the Ram Air closed box system stock on my truck. I did not want to go with the standard cold air induction system that I had on my Hemi muscle cars. All this system does is suck in the hot air in the engine compartment and not really improving performance. So I did a lot of research and searching online for a closed box ram air system. And I got lucky when I found PRL and they had exactly what I was looking for. The system had 2 main selling points 1- Silicone Intake Tube and 2-Large High Flow Induction Duct with Silicone attachment. Utilizing the stock air box and removing the resonator and applying the supplied cap and the High Flow filter. I had one small issue on the install. I talked to Jonah Winnier in customer service. Thank you Jonah the replacement part fit like a glove. This company is high on customer service. Got replacement part in 2 days I don't feel the company was at fault. Probably manufacturing the intake tube was a bit to long. After finishing the install. Total time on install was about 1hr. Thank You PRL for creating a Ram Air Closed Box system for my truck. It is a perfect fit for the 3.5 L Honda engine. I plan on having a dyno tune after I finish the custom exhaust. PRL is a great store, with outstanding new products and great people willing to help with any question. I believe they rate more then 5 stars. Personally I give them 10. I found them a PRL.com"
