Ever since the release of the 11th Gen Civic Si, one question kept landing in our inbox: "When are you bringing the Cobra Intake to the 11th Gen?"
You asked, we delivered.

Introducing the PRL Cobra Cold Air Intake System for the 2022–2025 Honda Civic Si 1.5T, a direct-fit, true cold air solution designed specifically for the 11th Gen platform. No more custom retrofits. No more adapting 10th Gen parts. This is a purpose-built system that carries forward the performance legacy of the original Cobra—and fits your 11th Gen like it should.
A Legacy Built on Cold Air
When we first introduced the Cobra Cold Air Intake System for the 10th Gen Civic 1.5T back in 2017, it quickly became one of our most trusted and best-selling products. It was built around a simple but critical goal: maximize airflow while minimizing intake air temperatures (IATs). By drawing air from outside the engine bay—through the lower driver side fender well—we gave drivers a clean, dense air charge that translated to real, repeatable gains in both horsepower and torque.
But it wasn't just about power. The original Cobra delivered smooth throttle response, reduced heat soak, and an aggressive induction tone that Civic drivers came to love. It became a cornerstone product in the PRL catalog and helped shape what our brand is known for: precision, function, and OE-like fitment with motorsports-level performance.
The 11th Gen Gets Its Cobra
We know some of you found ways to make the 10th Gen Cobra fit your 11th Gen Civic—and hats off to you. But we also know that wasn’t ideal. So we went back to the drawing board, taking all the engineering lessons and customer feedback from the original Cobra and applying them to a clean-sheet design for the 2022–2025 Civic Si 1.5T.

This new Cobra system is a true cold air intake, drawing air from the driver-side bumper duct while isolating it from engine bay heat. It includes a CNC-machined standard bore MAF housing to maintain factory fuel trims and eliminate the need for a tune, even on stock cars. During testing, we saw gains of +16 HP and +9 lb-ft of torque, with improvements throughout the powerband—all without touching the ECU. We also included a resonator delete plug to cleanly remove the factory cold-side resonator box for improved airflow and sound.

For Those Asking for Cold Air—Here It Is
We still proudly offer the High Volume Intake System for the 11th Gen Civic—an outstanding choice for drivers who want a shorter airflow path and strong performance across a range of setups. But for those who specifically asked for a cold air configuration with the proven pedigree of the Cobra name, this is your answer.
Built from the same materials, with the same attention to detail, and the same mission as the original, this intake carries the Cobra lineage into the next generation of Civic performance.
