Engineering That Matches the Platform

Over the past few years, we have continued to expand our lineup for the latest generation Type-R and its close relatives. Each release has followed the same philosophy that drives our entire catalog. Real world performance backed by thoughtful engineering.

Our High-Volume Intake System remains one of the most talked about upgrades for the platform. It's designed to maximize airflow while maintaining consistency and reliability. Paired with our inlet solutions, the system creates a smooth and efficient path for air to reach the turbo, resulting in strong and predictable performance.

Cooling has also been a major area of focus. Our tube and fin intercooler was developed to reduce weight while maintaining excellent thermal efficiency. For drivers who push their cars hard, whether on the street or at the track, managing intake air temperatures is critical. This design allows the car to stay consistent lap after lap, pull after pull.

Supporting systems matter just as much as airflow and power, especially when you are pushing the car hard. Our coolant expansion tank was designed with that in mind. The factory plastic tank is one of those components that can become a weak point over time, especially under repeated heat cycles and increased pressure. Our solution replaces it with a fully aluminum design that is built to handle higher temperatures and stress without compromise. With increased capacity and improved durability, it helps maintain more consistent cooling performance when the car is being driven the way it was meant to be.

When it comes to maximizing efficiency on the intake side, the turbo inlet pipe plays a critical role. We have continued to develop and refine multiple versions of this component to give drivers flexibility based on their setup and goals. From full titanium inlet pipe kits for both FK8 and FL5 platforms, to carbon fiber options that balance performance and aesthetics, and even standalone inlet pipe upgrades for those building in stages, each version is designed to improve airflow into the turbo while maintaining smooth transitions and proper fitment. These options allow drivers to tailor their setup while keeping performance gains consistent across different configurations, all while maintaining the quality and precision we expect from every part we produce.

We've also expanded into areas that go beyond traditional bolt-ons. Our wheel program, including the P-07F forged wheel, was built with the Type-R in mind. Proper fitment, brake clearance, and strength were all key factors in its development. The result is a wheel that complements both the performance and the look of the car.

Designed In House, Carefully Tested 

Everything we bring to market is developed with intention and backed by real testing. Our facility in Export, Pennsylvania allows us to design with a level of control that reflects directly in the final product. From machining to welding to final inspection, our team is involved at every step.

The Type-R platform gives us the perfect test bed. It's capable enough to expose weaknesses, yet refined enough to reward the right improvements. That balance pushes us to keep refining our designs and to never settle for good enough.
