Over the past few weeks our engineers have used our 3D scan data to develop a downpipe and front pipe upgrade for the 2022 Honda Civic 1.5L Turbo. We were able to put together a street downpipe with high-flow catalytic converter, utilizing cast 304 stainless steel upper and lower pieces that allow customers to retain use of the factory heat-shield. The community can expect some big news regarding this downpipe coming soon.
A 3D printed front pipe has been fitted to the vehicle to test fit clearance and desired fitment. Now that fitment has passed inspection, we are test fitting a production-level prototype utilizing our new mandrel bent 3.00" 16 gauge 304 stainless steel tubing, premium interlocking flex bellow section and 304 stainless steel CNC machined flanges.
